Phil was a stand up guy. Many people inside the SECU knew they could count on him. He was a dedicated attendee of our reunions, setting a high standard of golf along with David Rowland and Norman Davis. We will miss his quick wit and prowess on the dance floor. The other Barbara, her father Joe and I will miss his favorite joke.
