So sorry to hear about Dan's passing. I remember him as a nice guy with an easy going way. He contributed to our class as a student council representative, homeroom officer and President of the Spanish Club. Our condolences to his daughter and all who knew Dan. We're glad to count him as a member of our great Class of 1967.
Dan and I both lived in Laurel Hills and rode the bus together. He was a layer back guy. I remember when his brother, Bill, was killed in Vietnam. I went to the wall in Washington, DC and found his name. I contacted Dan a couple years back when I read something about his brother dying in Vietnam. He was very appreciative. His family is in my prayers.
Like Linda, I also lived in Laurel Hills and rode the bus with Dan, Linda, Mary Ann Gunter and others to Lacy Elementary, Martin and, eventually, to Broughton. I considered Dan a friend who was easy to be with, kind and was ready to share a smile. We have lost a dear classmate and I mourn his passing.
